Process from Request Form to Delivery

We have sent an email to the address you provided with the subject lines below. Please follow the instructions via the links in the email.

1.Fill out the request form with your desired photo shoot details and submit your request.

Subject: ご登録ありがとうございます。

The email contains your login email address and temporary password, so please keep it safe.

Please note: The Wargo first-time coupon will only be applied if you enter the coupon code during registration.

2. We will send a confirmation email regarding your inquiry. Subject: お問い合わせありがとうございます。

3.We will assign a photographer to you.

Subject: [AMI] 撮影が決定いたしました。

4.Please conduct a pre-shoot consultation via messages with the photographer. You will receive a message from the photographer.

Subject:[AMI] メッセージが届いています

5.We will send a reminder before the shoot. Please make any necessary preparations before the shoot.

Subject: [AMI] 撮影日が近づいております。

If the shoot is confirmed after the business day before the shoot, a reminder email will not be sent.

6.After the shoot, the photographer will deliver the photos within the specified time frame. Please download them via the link.
